After taking Martha to the distant past and the far future, he takes her to 1930's New York City for a little depression era song and dance. Unfortunately the Cult of Skaro survived their last encounter at Canary Wharf and are building a new army in this era. They also have pig slaves. And a young Spider-Man (hello Andrew Garfield). For some reason they want to add Dalekainium to the top of the Empire State Building. The Black Dalek absorbs Mr. Diagoras to become a Dalek-Human hybrid, free of the shell!
