The Master's back and he's Prime Minister of Great Britain! Hot on the heels of regenerating, the Master steals the TARDIS to present day London and apparently has been laying traps for months now. Taking the name Harold Saxon and manipulating Torchwood London, he's using something called the Archangel Network to hypnotize the population.
This episode is a brilliant set up for the season finale the puts everyone into peril. The Master captures the Doctor and manipulates his DNA to age him to an old man. Martha's family has been also captured and held prisoner. Jack's been captured too and killed a few times over. Leaving Martha to escape and try to save the world. And the Toclifane are unleashed on the world to killed 10% of the population while harboring a terrible secret. Our only hope is Martha Jones!
