The Doctor's literary adventure this season takes us to Agatha Christie for one of the best episodes ever written. The cast is excellent, the writing is so tight, and the conceit of an alien wasp antagonist is a clever twist. The production evokes the era so well and could easily be a precursor to Downton Abbey. We also get our obligatory Doctor kissing companion of the season this story, to much hilarity. The story is a gem of the season and of the new Who overall. Another great Donna chapter!
